How to Turn Your Kitchen Into a Dream!

Designer tip of the Day - To have a happy enviroment for your kitchen, you want to keep the colors coordinated. Depending on your personality, the color choices will vary. Take this short survey to decide which colors to pick.

What is your favorite wood stain?

                             a) Dark colors
                             b) Light colors
                             c) Not Dark, But not super light, either.

           What size is your kitchen?

                            a) Big
                            b) Tiny
                            c) Not very large, but it's not small.

If you got A for both answers, then take your favorite color and paint three walls of your kitchen. Your probably like, "What in the world?", but trust me, I know what I'm doing.  Now, if you have a bar, or a kitchen table with stools at one end, don't paint the wall behind it.. After done with painting, get chalkboard paint and paint that wall with it. Take sidewalk chalk and cover the whole wall with it. Then wipe down with a wet rag. Clean rag every time the water in the rag runs out at to avoid having to do it a million times.

Now, take your wood stain. Stain your table, cabinets, and chairs that color. Then, take all your appliances and spruce them up. You don't have to buy new ones, but clean them. Clean them good. And there you have it. Your dream kitchen!

If you got B for both answers, then pick a neutral color, to open up your kitchen, and see-through curtains. Once again follow chalkboard rules. Now, if you don't have some already, replace your kitchen chairs with stools.

Take your wood stain and stain your stools and table and cabinets that color. Follow the appliance rule. Now, if you have linoleum, then rip that plastic out and get hardwood! BOOM! Thats how you got your dream kitchen.

If you got C, then follow either one. Your choice. Now, if you got alternatives, then once again, it's your choice. But if your kitchen is small, I recommend using colors that would seem to be opening up your kitchen.
